Before proposing solutions, I map the existing system—its components, relationships, feedback loops, and constraints. Most problems aren't what they appear to be on the surface.

Using Donella Meadows' framework, I identify where interventions will have the greatest effect—often not where intuition suggests. The goal is precision, not effort.
